I visited the IRIS Lansdowne location today. The eye exam experience was decent, and the service provided by the female staff at the front desk was satisfactory. However, when I was selecting a frame for my next pair of glasses, one of the male staff members incorrectly assumed that the frame of my current glasses was made of iron or stainless steel. I went to Lansdowne centre to take a passport photo. Although my glasses are non-reflective, my glasses still have reflected . So I went to Iris Optical to have them remove the lenses in order to take the photo. They were very helpful in removing the lenses, and after the photo was taken, I went back and had them put them back in. Their service was excellent, even though I didn't give them any business. I'm very grateful to the young gentleman who worked with me.
Went to Iris today as I needed help with a broken Ray-Ban sunglasses. Eunice and the other young lady was a huge help to me in solving the problem. Keep up the good work ladies
