I love this store so much!!! The staff are ALWAYS so nice and welcoming. I feel very comfortable in the store. My favourite reason to come to Lansdowne ๐๐๐๐ Great doctors and professional staff. I am always well cared for. Will be back for sure ๐ย
Very hard to get great customer service nowadays but, Rose at IRIS was exceptional. This is not only a reflection of my experience as I also heard her on the phone with other clients and was truly impressed. If Rose is an example of how the rest of the staff treats their customers, then Lansdowne IRIS has a superb team. Highly recommend to anyone.ย

I visited the IRIS Lansdowne location today. The eye exam experience was decent, and the service provided by the female staff at the front desk was satisfactory. However, when I was selecting a frame for my next pair of glasses, one of the male staff members incorrectly assumed that the frame of my current glasses was made of iron or stainless steel.
