We recently moved from Calgary and used an Iris location there so thought we would just stick with them as it’s familiar to us. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and helped. All the staff have been wonderful. They are prompt with excellent customer service. My daughter just got her new glasses and we have been pleased with their service. They are even better than our last location!
I've been meaning to provide an update on this place for a while. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Because I live nearby, I have used this place more than once and each time it was a disappointment. The woman at the counter was rude and had an attitude. I spoke to the manager about my dissatisfaction and instead of holding her staff accountable, she made excuses about why it took her so long to get back to me.
