Dr Rode has been my optometrist for some years, so when she moved to Iris Optical of course I followed her. She is thorough and takes her time in the eye examination itself; she is knowledgeable and stays current with new developments in the science of both both the eye and the technology involvement in treatment of the eye. After some issues with my first appointment, they immediately rescheduled me and took care of my eye exam for me. The staff were al very nice, and I’m super appreciative of their accommodations!
Had my eye exam today and I was delighted with how wonderful everyone was. I called to book an appointment and asked for the earliest possible date, and they gave me a spot just two days later. The process was very easy, and they were all very accommodating. Dr. Pang did my eye exam, and she was so gentle and kind. She gave clear instructions and was very patient.
