Have gone to Iris for 20+ years for glasses and contacts, always great products, people and services
Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment with them two months ago. We got confirmation for the time that was offered to me. Being loyal to this business, we waited for two months to see the doctor. Receptionist called me 8 minutes before our appointment saying that we are 7 minutes late as we supposed to be there 15 minutes prior to our appointment. No one mentioned that to us! I checked around with other suppliers and found a huge difference in prices. Acuvue Oasys Astigmatism 6 pack $54 x 4=$216 and Acuvue Oasys 24 pack for $125. That’s a total of $341 instead of what I was charged at $456. Why such a huge discrepancy in price???
