I've been meaning to provide an update on this place for a while. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Because I live nearby, I have used this place more than once and each time it was a disappointment. The woman at the counter was rude and had an attitude. I spoke to the manager about my dissatisfaction and instead of holding her staff accountable, she made excuses about why it took her so long to get back to me. Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment with them two months ago. We got confirmation for the time that was offered to me. Being loyal to this business, we waited for two months to see the doctor. Receptionist called me 8 minutes before our appointment saying that we are 7 minutes late as we supposed to be there 15 minutes prior to our appointment. No one mentioned that to us!
