Best eye clinic in Oceanside. Have not only saved my eyesight but when my husband had an eye event and his own clinic would not see him right away, Donna got him in to see Dr Phillips right away and object was removed from the eye within 5 minutes. Can not say enough about the front store staff and Dr Phillips
I wish I had gotten their names, but I really want to thank the two ladies who were working at Iris the day I went in. I had been staying at Tigh-Na-Mara and I wore my glasses into the sauna for five minutes the night before. When I came out, my glasses were warped. I had to take a taxi to the optometrist because I could not see anything. Although I haven’t worn contact lenses for 20 years, they were able to give me some comfortable temporary lenses to at least get me home. I broke my glasses in half and needed an emergency solution to get through the day and drive home safely. They called my regular IRIS location, and had me out the door wearing an emergency pair of contact lenses within a few minutes. Very helpful and understanding staff!
Excellent clinic with terrific staff out front and behind the scenes. Dr M has a wealth of experience and made me feel like I was a partner in the complex process of sorting out my concerns. Communication with the clinic was excellent and there was no problem with getting timely appointments or follow-ups. I’m really pleased that they’re in my community.
Excellent! 100% recommend. The service provided to me and my children was above and beyond.
