All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Eye examination was thorough and all discussions were informative.
Dr Branwyn is brilliant, loves eyes and explains everything really well. Front office staff is helpful with picking out frames. My prescription was perfect.
Great service and such a fun crew of people working there! Everyone was friendly and kind, upbeat and helpful— they made me feel relaxed right away. The lab tech was lovely and patient with me when taking photos— we had to redo them and she made a point of saying it was not my fault that I kept blinking! The optometrist, Dr Phillips, was superb - she doesn’t like the test where they blow air into your eyes so she doesn’t do it (huge relief for me!) and she was excited to show me my optic nerve and cones! My husband and I had our first visit with the people at IRIS yesterday and the experience was terrific. There is a good vibe among the staff, they provided thorough and efficient service and have a good selection of eyewear.
