My experience with the team at IRIS in the Pine Centre Mall was absolutely excellent, if not the best experience in 40+ years of wearing glasses. From pretest, to eye exam, to choosing and ordering new glasses, and picking them up, Tim, Jannah, Dr. Paul, and Talitha were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. I had my eye exam here recently, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. I also got my prescription glasses here, and the staff helped me choose the right pair.
