I lost the screw from one side of my frames, and they replaced my frames no problems. Super friendly and professional
Every time I book they cancel my appointment. And then the day before my appointment they told me they will do my appointment remotely through a screen?? No thanks, I guess I will try to get in somewhere else on my next set of days off. Do not let them waste your time.

My experience with the team at IRIS in the Pine Centre Mall was absolutely excellent, if not the best experience in 40+ years of wearing glasses. From pretest, to eye exam, to choosing and ordering new glasses, and picking them up, Tim, Jannah, Dr. Paul, and Talitha were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. They answered all of my questions, ensured I received my glasses before I moved, and proactively sent my info to the IRIS in my new town, so I can get fitted for contacts once I arrive.
