If you want Dr Adam Reid to yell at you and he will tell you that he has been doing this all his life..then this is the place to go. Is there a way to give less than one star ??? Lousy customer service !!! UPDATE: Diane from Iris contacted me and we were able to agree on a full refund. The backhouse customer service was very good.

Very happy with the exam and help I had selecting my new glasses. Everyone was friendly and i was dealt with professionally and efficiently.
