Google information specifically states "emergency eye service" is available at this location. I went in to have a foreign object removed from my eye. Waited for ten minutes before Tammy came out to help the lady who had been waiting since before I came in. When I was finally acknowledged after her and then a phone call, I was told I needed an appointment. The manager was rude, and I disappointed that I wasted .y time seeking a service they advertise but refused to provide. Go elsewhere.
Easy parking! Great for those of us with mobility issues! Premises are attractive, airy, comfortable, and clean. Best of all is the staff: welcoming, warm, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always allow time to answer questions or discuss issues. I've never felt rushed. It's as if I were the patient they have been waiting for all day. :) Products are endless and delivery time is very reasonable. Fifteen years of looking after my sight and never a misstep! The service was awesome
Had eye exam with Dr Adam Reid everything went well. Dr Reid explained what he was doing , Optical Prescription was close to last exam. Then I ordered new glasses , Aaron McKeen was the assoclate that looked after me, the service I received was exceptional . I highly recommend IRIS's Warren
The tech that helped us was so amazing with my son….. they go above and beyond for people and are very kind….. would highly recommend this business.
