Excellent customer service & care ! Thank you Aaron for helping me , the time you took was so appreciated to help me fix my glasses and to know it was done professionally and correctly. If anyone is in Parksville and area that need any optical care go check them out , you will be happy you did.
The lense in my (expensive) sunglasses fell out so I thought I'd pick up a cheap pair as we were travelling to Tofino the next day. Instead, I popped into the Iris shop where the optometrist kindly fixed the lense, changed the nose pads and gifted me a cloth. All in five minutes and no charge. Very kind. Much appreciated, from a Kelowna tourist.
The Doctor and his Team did a fantastic job. Thank you. Now my 4K TV I bought is a vivid clear 4K TV and not a blurry 720p I was watching.
