The lense in my (expensive) sunglasses fell out so I thought I'd pick up a cheap pair as we were travelling to Tofino the next day. Instead, I popped into the Iris shop where the optometrist kindly fixed the lense, changed the nose pads and gifted me a cloth. All in five minutes and no charge. Very kind. Much appreciated, from a Kelowna tourist.
The Doctor and his Team did a fantastic job. Thank you. Now my 4K TV I bought is a vivid clear 4K TV and not a blurry 720p I was watching.
Poked my eye quite severe, was in an appointment within hours and totally taken care of. They went above and beyond

If you want Dr Adam Reid to yell at you and he will tell you that he has been doing this all his life..then this is the place to go. Is there a way to give less than one star ??? Lousy customer service !!! UPDATE: Diane from Iris contacted me and we were able to agree on a full refund. The backhouse customer service was very good.
