Needed glasses repaired on Saturday afternoon. They repaired my glasses in a few minutes. The Staff were very helpful. Would recommend them because of the professional and care they gave me
There is one woman there and I believe she is the manager, is such a piece of work. She belittles her employees in front of customers. She says terrible things about their clients and how much she hates them. This woman continues to harm people and no one should have to tolerate this. This is abuse and its completely unacceptable. For a 15 minute drive to Calgary there is a really amazing optometrist in Cranston I highly recommend. He is also really amazing and patient with children.
Absolutely exceptional service at IRIS Okotoks! I had a pair of reading glasses that needed to be fixed, and after trying other optical stores that wouldn’t help me, I came to IRIS. Daria went out of her way to help and fixed them for me. I really appreciated her kindness, patience, and willingness to help when others had simply turned me away. Every optometrist and staff member I’ve dealt with here has been friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They also have a great selection of glasses with options for all styles ... read more
I had such a wonderful experience at IRIS Okotoks! The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Highly recommend IRIS Okotoks if you’re looking for great service and an amazing team! 👓✨
Well I've used IRIS now 3 times for glasses. To repair 4 of their screw ups on frames and lenses. Overcharged, up selled like crazy, just an all around unpleasant experience. I will never buy glasses from IRIS again and I will not have any glasses repaired at this location. ****2026 Edit**** +1 Star for current management.
