Took my son in to get a new prescription and the first one didn't end up working out for him but the staff were amazing and took the steps necessary to get it rectified, great service and my son is very happy with his new glasses!

I moved to the area, got 2 pairs of reading glasses from Iris - not nearly as good as the ones I got from my previous optometrist in Calgary. The service was poor: the receptionist kept answering the phone after I expressed my concerns about the quality of the glasses and while I am there waiting in front of her to pay, totally ignoring me. Based on the glasses quality (and I paid nearly $1000) and service, I will not be going back.
I booked my daughter an eye exam in person as I couldn’t ahold of anyone all day… was empty. Then go in for the appointment and they tell me they need her Alberta health number. Which, I don’t carry. Maybe if you need important information. Let them know ahead of time so they don’t waste their time!! Will never use IRIS again! Very poor customer service!! I would advise going anywhere else but here!!
