Michelle was wonderful, so helpful and gave me all the time I needed. I would highly recommend Iris Nanaimo!!
Had to get an eye exam. I ended up choosing Iris for my exam. And I did not regret my decision. The staff here are fantastic, they were extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable during the exam.
Both Rose and Wendy went way above and beyond to help my wife and I pick out new glasses. Their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise made the process smooth. They were patient and honest as we tried on pair after pair. 5 stars forsure!
