Broke my frames. Went to Iris, and Rose was fantastic! They didn't have any frames for my lenses, so she took upon herself to go on Amazon and find me a few options. When I received my frames, I brought them in, and Andrew popped my lenses in my new frames in about 4 minutes! Amazing staff!

I visited Iris Optical while in Nanaimo for a conference after realizing I had forgotten my contact lenses. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. I was hoping for a simple solution, but I found the process unclear and felt I wasn't receiving the assistance I needed for what seemed like a straightforward situation.
