I went in to ask a question about my brother's glasses. My family has always used Iris in West Vancouver for prescriptions and eyewear. My brother’s glasses were not from Iris, but his prescription was, so we hoped to get some insight into whether his issue was prescription-related or with the glasses themselves, with the possibility of getting new lenses from Iris if the problem was with the lenses. I recently visit Iris Optometrists. Dr. Deepak Jaswal & Wendy were both very thorough, professional, friendly, & was a pleasure to have my eye examination done at their location. I highly recommend visiting then if you need an eye exam and/or glasses.

I went in hoping to purchase a screw to fix a pair of sunglasses. Rose greeted me with a smile at the reception desk and offered to fix the issue for me, taking time to find and properly insert the missing piece as well as the fallen out lens. She also noticed that a nose pad was missing and replaced it. The service was prompt and at no cost. Very professional and knowledgeable staff and a beautiful range of frames. Andrew just repaired a pair of glasses I bought there 3 years ago... quickly, efficiently and perfectly and at no cost. I will definitely be going back for my next pair. Just wish they had parking!
