Very professional and knowledgeable staff and a beautiful range of frames. Andrew just repaired a pair of glasses I bought there 3 years ago... quickly, efficiently and perfectly and at no cost. I will definitely be going back for my next pair. Just wish they had parking!

Yesterday I went for my first regular eye exam at Iris Nanaimo Downtown. Dr. Jaswal was so knowledgable + friendly. He explained everything he was doing in great detail. The staff that work there were very helpful and seemed to have a great team. Thanks for a great first experience, I will be referring all my friends and family here. Thank you!
