Yujiao Wang took us from crisis to victory. Onboard the ferry from Schwartz Bay to Tsawwassen heading for surgery in Burnaby I accidentally snapped my glasses in two. Iris advised me to come in where we were greeted by Yujiao who not only found a pair of frames to go with my lenses but had them fitted in under 30 minutes and billed to my insurance company. So friendly. So easy. So painless. Totally professional. Yujiao is a value added member to the team at Iris. Thank you.
