I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Jason Hauck and Iris manager, Stella Ejiogu. I was under Dr. Hauck’s care for more than 10 years before my unique eye condition made it impossible to renew my prescription glasses. After a consultation with LASIK revealed that they were not willing to customize the surgery to accommodate my needs, Dr. Hauck went out of his way to advocate for me. Wow, this place is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Carolyn was so sweet and helpful when I came in after accidentally sitting on my glasses, and she took care of everything so kindly. When I first arrived, I was greeted by the lovely Shawna, who gave me such a warm and friendly welcome and made me feel right at home. It’s so refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service. Even though the information on this eye clinic stated that emergency appointments were accepted, I was not allowed to come in to have my very sore eye looked at. My only option was to go to urgent care and spend the day waiting. I feel I should have been accommodated.
Arine & Cheyenne are the best and totally go out of their way to give you the best experience possible highly would recommend giving this place a try. 5/5 Amazing
