June 2025 I made an appointment for a diabetic eye exam, which is covered by Alberta healthcare. I talked to the girl as I was ready to leave. They said I owed $150 because they have to do a different exam first before they did diabetic exam, which is not true. Then we argued, she gave me a discount, which they wanted $100 and I still never got that diabetic exam, have to come back. I was very clear of what I was there for.
