I bent my glasses’ legs while sleeping and they were able to fix them immediately without any issues or concerns. Very professional and kind staff 10/10.
This location always takes such good care of me. Weather it's ordering contacts, getting my glasses repaired or my sunglasses, or getting me in for an appointment. Special shout out to Shyanne. She's usually my point person when I come in or have to call about something and she actually seems genuinely interested in how things are working with my order or my product. Btw she absolutely loves the fur babies. If you have dogs bring them by to say hi. Thanks for everything you all do.

Went in this afternoon with the hope to get the arm on my glasses fixed cause I slept on them last night. All the staff were very nice but Carolyn was the one who ended up assisting me, she went above and beyond. She not only corrected the bent arm but she tightened the screws and helped align my frame better so my lenses fit correctly. I appreciate the time and attention she put into making sure I walked out of there with my glasses feeling comfortable on my face.
