Have to say I had a very good experience here. Almost went with another clinic based on reviews on here, but went anyways and glad I did. Dr. Eric Der was particularly good. Would recommend this spot.
First eye exam ever. I thought the ladies at reception were nice and helpful. Dr. Eric Der is absolutely awesome. Quick, efficient, nice, helpful. Just an all around good guy that seems to care and love what he does!
Wouldn't transfer my prescription over phone to another eye glass vendor, made it seem like it would have to be a fight for it... Doctor was good though. The staff, not so much.
This place has gone completely downhill!!! Service is poor and staff are not personable at all and not willing to help out.
I'm not one to usually right reviews, but ive had so many problems with iris it is unbelievable, the secretaries at the store are extremely unaccountable and extremely disorganized and not good at their jobs. I've been following my Eye doctor from clinic to clinic because i like her and the way she does her job. And unfortunately she got placed at this iris location and i will never deal with them again.
