I went in for an eye test with Dr Karen, she and the whole team there were friendly and welcoming. I was able to be seen to as son as I walked in and the process felt very smooth. It was a very personable experience, both myself and Dr Karen had previous been in the UK for coming to Kelowna so that made for interesting chat alongside the thorough examination and I would definitely recommend to others.
Doctor Karin made me feel more than comfortable in my appointment. She went out of her way to spend with me and went in between patients in order to get my drivers form completed with me. All experiences with Karin have been amazing. She genuinely cares about my health.
It feels like Dr. Karen is more concerned with churning out eye exams and making inappropriate comments about patients instead of building a rapport with them. Made inappropriate comments and assumptions about me without knowing my full medical history, as well as barely listened to me when I explained things. I will be going elsewhere for my eye exams from now.
