I have been coming to this clinic since I was a child and continue to as an adult. Dr. Mcivor took over for me after my previous doctor had retired and he has been outstanding ever since. I can’t rave about the staff here enough either, always friendly and incredibly helpful. For something as standard as getting your eyes checked it sure makes the experience enjoyable. I can’t say enough positive things they are fantastic and I’d recommend them to anyone.
Wow wonderful service I went in this morning in a panic because I needed glasses before eye surgery. I strictly only wear contacts but I can’t have contacts in for a week prior. The lady that helped be was so wonderful, from the time I walked in to purchasing glasses. I believe her name was Jodea S. Thankyou for everything this morning
Don't go there if you need your eyeglasses repaired. After waiting for 40 minutes they came and let me know that they can't fixed them . I had to go get them fix at a jewelry store. I just thought it was funny that they can't fix the product that they sell. Completely ridiculous......
Formerly “Urban Optique” Professional and friendly staff, every person from reception to the Optometrist, Dr. Nevin McIvor are excellent. Huge thanks to Chelsea for helping me choose some sunglasses and providing amazing service each time I’m there. Definitely recommend this location.
