As a return customer, I highly recommend this Iris location because of their excellent customer service and friendliness!
Great service but sooooo expensive. Even with a Palma $303.25 discount the total for our new glasses with frame was $1,488. Seems too expensive.
Very considerate service. Had some lenses replaced on my glasses to match my new prescription, mentioned that I was going to an important event at the weekend. Despite the quoted 10 days turn around, the glasses were back in my hands within a few days, just in time for the event. They didn't need to go out of their way to get them to me early, but they still did. You have gained a customer for life! Thank you very much indeed.
