Still the best in Vancouver for prescription lenses. I wrote a review 11 years ago when this business was called Optix. Duane is still here & still provides the excellent service he always has. I have multiple health issues and can have difficulty adapting to a new prescription. Duane always keeps my particular issues in mind when helping me adjust to a new prescription. (I find other eyewear vendors are pushy with sales & don't have the knowledge, experience, nor care that Duane does). I feel very lucky to have found him.
A very welcoming experience (Duane!) and great professionalism in eye exam and in the pick of glasses and lenses. Very kind, precise and accurate exam with optometrist Dr. Maggie Geller and fantastic advice for choice of glasses and lenses with engaged opticians Duane Salmon and Afsoon Kiani. Thank you!
I was recommended IRIS by my husband, and it did not disappoint. Had a wonderful time with the Optometrist and all the staff. I didn't feel forced into buying frames after my check up and they really helped me with picking out glasses that suited me too! I will definitely be coming back :)
Great customer service and really helped us get the perfect glasses even though we were really picky. Would recommend everyone to get glasses here!
