We had an excellent experience with Dr. Pelletier today. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and comfortable for our entire family. Dr. Nanini has an outgoing personality and made me feel so relaxed while conducting my eye test. He explained every step of the process plus he took the time to answer my questions. Tanya was also very patient in explaining the pre tests she gave me before I saw Dr. Nanini. She relates well to seniors and assisted me in choosing eye frames for my new lens without making me feel rushed or pressured. Flawless experience, Dr Pelltier fit me in even with her busy schedule to remove a metal sliver from my eye. She was polite, professional and welcoming as were all the staff. Definitely recommend IRIS.
