Always topnotch service. I tried progressive lenses for the first time and they didn't fit my needs. Vision Clinic was happy to help accommodate my change in decision and replacing to normal lenses was made convenient and without hassle.
I have positive and constructive feedback. Firstly, I am a medical professional and worked in different facilities including hospitals and outpatient across Ontario, BC, US and overseas. In terms of good feedback, Dr. Roth took me in immediately when I walked in due to my eye issue and he was already booked so for that I am extremely grateful hence the 2 stars, otherwise, I give no star! We had an excellent experience with Dr. Pelletier today. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process easy and comfortable for our entire family. Dr. Nanini has an outgoing personality and made me feel so relaxed while conducting my eye test. He explained every step of the process plus he took the time to answer my questions. Tanya was also very patient in explaining the pre tests she gave me before I saw Dr. Nanini. She relates well to seniors and assisted me in choosing eye frames for my new lens without making me feel rushed or pressured.
