I had a very positive experience at Iris. Dr. Eric Roth was professional, thorough, and took the time to complete a comprehensive eye examination while listening to my concerns. I appreciated that he explained things clearly and made sure my vision needs were properly assessed. The staff were welcoming, patient, and friendly throughout my visits. I love going to Iris in Welland. The optometrist is caring, very knowledgeable and is a great listener. They have the latest in technology and Dr. Pelletier is excellent at communicating my results . The staff who conduct the tests are efficient and skilled as well. It is a seamless process and I feel privileged to be a patient there.
