Every bit of the service was top notch. Absolutely refreshing. From the optometrist visit to Olivia’s help w picking out new glasses… seamless. :)
Big thanks to Olivia, Rebecca and Dolly for helping my dad deal with his nose bridge pads repair without charge, staffs here are so friendly and give valuable advices to clients. I can feel that staffs here care about contributing to the community with their knowledge rather than ripping off clients to maximize profit. It’s rare to find business like this nowadays. They not only helped my dad solving an emergency, but also made Powell River a sweeter place that I wish to move to someday!
the Powell River Iris has the best staff and service . i normally deal with Rhonda and she does such a great job! so flexible and really good at her job! love her! she is a real gem!
