Absolutely the best service. Staff were patient, helpful, listened to my needs, and willing to make their comments to help me make up my mind while trying on many frames!!! Thank you to all the staff, for making my task so much easier and fun!! I am so looking forward to the arrival of of new glasses! Wahooo!!
This was my first time purchasing prescription glasses and I was impressed with the staff at Iris, especially Aurora Davies. She was professional and friendly and so very patient as I struggled with making a final decision on a frame style. She showed me many options, and even searched through their on-line catalogues to find a frame style in a colour unavailable in their store's current inventory. Interesting experience. The interaction with the receptionist i spoke to, was not pleasant. Her information was incorrect (I phoned 2 other Iris's on Vancouver Island to confirm) I ended up making an appointment on the island, not with iris. I refuse to be talked down to like she did. If you want to know correct information and not be treated like crap. Go to anywhere else.
