Darren provided excellent service while helping me choose my glasses. The focal points were spot-on, and he took the time to adjust the frames so they fit perfectly. Knowledgeable, patient, and professional!

Poor customer service especially for senior citizens. Beware...Darren and Jan can be rude and dismissive. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Do not go here. We had a very bad experience here, the front desk staff Jan and Darren were rude and unprofessional . I had an appointment to see the eye doctor who was also unprofessional and did not provide good care. They charged a fortune and provided terrible service.
Exceptional service, as you might expect. Darren was very attentive, provided honest feedback, and helped me settle on a tasteful look. The process of purchasing a pair was streamlined once we selected frames. The various discounts they have available were a welcome bonus as well.
