Great experience here on my last eye exam! Dr.Jaswal was very informative and his calm demeanour put me at ease. The store manager, Beth was amazing, she was super knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She helped me choose a style of glasses I love without me feeling any pressure to buy. Will be booking my next exam here too! Thank you

Great customer service! Dr. Winnie Ng and team were thorough, genuine and friendly. My teen felt listened to and heard. Incredibly helpful by offering to courier my teen's new prescription glasses to their North Van Iris location since my kid was leaving for college soon. Look forward to bringing the rest of our family there.
