Happened to get my first pair glasses ordered from Parkville and sent here to pickup almost 2 years ago and needed new frame today So I dropped in and met the new manager and her wing man and she checked my purchase and figured it out in a flash and changed my frame in record time thanks for your help and keep positive and cheerfull.... you both made me feel comfortable and even cheered me up... keep up the good work and will send anyone who asks me where is good both here and Parkville staff are #1

Highly recommend the team at Iris in Port Alberni for your whole family’s eye health. My oldest son had his second appointment today which included dilation. He was initially nervous but was made to feel so comfortable and at ease by the very welcoming Manager Beth prior to seeing the fabulous eye doctor again.
