Great customer service! Dr. Winnie Ng and team were thorough, genuine and friendly. My teen felt listened to and heard. Incredibly helpful by offering to courier my teen's new prescription glasses to their North Van Iris location since my kid was leaving for college soon. Look forward to bringing the rest of our family there.

Happened to get my first pair glasses ordered from Parkville and sent here to pickup almost 2 years ago and needed new frame today So I dropped in and met the new manager and her wing man and she checked my purchase and figured it out in a flash and changed my frame in record time thanks for your help and keep positive and cheerfull.... you both made me feel comfortable and even cheered me up... keep up the good work and will send anyone who asks me where is good both here and Parkville staff are #1
