We love this place, they take the utmost care of us. We have been going here for years and we ALWAYS get first class service. Dr. Jon and Brian really make us feel special, but honestly ALL the staff are amazing!
From when I walked through the door until I left with shiny new sunglasses in hand, Kary was incredibly helpful and professional. My family of 6 has been coming Iris in Chilliwack for years. Unfortunately the customer service has been slowly declining in quality. Today I brought my 2 kids in. We had a scheduled appointment for two routine eye exams. We were 5 minutes early. After 30 minutes of waiting no one came to talk to us or let us know they were running behind so I walked out and left. Fantastic people at this clinic. Always friendly, helpful, and professional. Have been going here for nearly a decade and every single experience has been positive.
I would strongly recommend this place. I had been here to get my son's eye examined. The staff is super friendly. Dr. Manjot Minhas was very patient while examining my son's eye. He explained every thing very clearly to us. They are not greedy at all. Infact, a gentleman named Kary even helped me replace the broken arm of my sun glasses. He was very friendly and listened patiently and was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant experience with them.
