Yao yao was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. I am very picky and changed my mind a bit. She was very patient and offered every change that I required. Outstanding customer service is not the norm anymore, I am happy to report that it is live and well at Iris. Highly recommended. Thank you, Yao yao.
