I am very upset with my experience here. I got a full set of dip with tip nails just two weeks ago, and they have already completely fallen off. One nail even broke only three days after my appointment. I was out of town when it happened, but as soon as I got back, I went in to show them. Instead of standing by their work, the woman acted like she couldn’t find my name in the system and then told me she would have to charge me to fix it. The best service I've experience thus far. This salon is super clean, relaxing, and all staff are friendly and welcoming. Mandy did my nails - my first builder gel. She was very gentle, carefully explained steps in the process, and made sure everything was done to my liking. The service prices are transparent both on their website and in the shop. Love this place and definitely recommend!.
They did a beautiful job on my wedding nails with builder gel. My pedicure was so relaxing. My favorite nails salon in west county.
I have the build a gel which I have gotten done before is $65 went to pay and he told me $70. I asked why and he said it was $5 to file my nails shorter. I have never been charged to have my nails filed down. They always ask you if you want them shorter
