Edited 7.17.25 I used to love this place but the quality of service and customer service has declined. The nail techs are really kind and they listen to gospel and it feels like good energy but today was the last straw for me. I had gone to this place religiously and was happy for the most part. Love this place, service and environment is always clean and friendly.
Rude and I requested Nail dip and she gave me the thickest ugliest nails I think I’ve ever had in my life!
I wasn’t even attended to, I was rescheduled once and once arrived was asked to wait fifteen more minutes or reschedule and it had been an hour at this point. I had no problem waiting until another appointment showed up for the same tech and was taken care of immediately. They did apologize and offer a discount for the inconvenience but I wasn’t interested. My first impression is enough for me to not come back.
