The person(could be the owner) who works at the front desks was impatient when I asked what’s the difference was between the two services, because I was charged more than I expected, even though it is not a big amount. After a few conversations with the staff then I learned that they gave me a deluxe spa that I didn't mean to get. Edited 7.17.25 I used to love this place but the quality of service and customer service has declined. The nail techs are really kind and they listen to gospel and it feels like good energy but today was the last straw for me. I had gone to this place religiously and was happy for the most part.
