I absolutely adore this nail salon. I first went there in 2014 and have tried multiple different salons over the years. I keep coming back to Iris Nails because they do a great job and are super nice.
Terrible customer service! I was visiting from Chicago and came in with my friend for a manicure and pedicure. My gel polish for my fingernails was old, streaky and basically clear. Literally midnight blue on my toes and sky blue on my hands. I told them leave my nails clear, tech says ok let me put a top coat on. I go to pay and was told “they want you to pay $13 for the clear polish but you don’t have to.” What am I being asked to pay for a service I didn’t receive? The shellac nails were done beautifully and the nail tech was quick and efficient! The service was great!
