I am disappointed with my visit this afternoon. I booked my appointment online, was there on time. Another lady booked via phone and her appointment was after mine with the same nail tech. My nail tech preferred to do the other customer’s nails instead of mine because the customer complained about being serviced by another tech. Mind you my appointment was already about 30 mins in when this happened and my nail tech was doing my nails. This is not the way to treat a customer that’s been coming here for over 2 years.
