After a nightmare situation at another facility I am beyond grateful to have found a safe place for my dad!!! EVERY single staff member truly LOVES and takes care of each patient like family! Grateful for Christy and her incredible staff!!!
Not enough CNA’s on duty. The activity director is rude and pretends she really cares for patients when cameras are rolling. I have seen the activity director order CNA’s around with insulting remarks. I had a love one there for short period. What you see on paper or media is not how things are done there. Management is terrible. I would never put a loved one in that place.
I have recently decided to place my husband with IRIS Nichols Hills. The onboarding process has been a positive experience. Every question I had was answered and every concern i had was addressed. Tanya is amazing. My husband was very pleased with Suzy who did his assessment. I am confident that this will be a good fit. Moving a loved one is never an easy decision I thank Tanya for helping me through the process.
