I reached Iris through a friend's recommendation, and had a very inspiring conversations with her. She made it seem like she can help my case but cannot represent me until I make a payment ( which is fine ). I made a 500$ payment through Zelle. 20 minutes later she called immigration with me on the line for a 10 minute call and asked for my case status. That was it.
