The African man who did my ultrasound was extremely rude and aggressive He even told me that he doesn't care about my injury. Never been spoken to so rudely
I had a CT scan of my left ankle at your clinic last Thursday and was advised that the report would be ready by Wednesday. Today, Thursday, I attended my GP appointment expecting the report to be available, but unfortunately it had not been sent. As a result, my appointment was not as productive as it should have been, and I may need to return again, which is inconvenient given my ongoing ankle pain. Terrible attitude towards the customer ,asked me to write down instructions when I asked for them to be emailed . Seems as though they want the customer to do their job for them . Goes against their code of conduct and obligations.. lazy is all I can say? Rude 💯
