The team were so lovely to deal with. The radiographer was approachable and talked us through the procedure and was so lovely. Thankyou Iris imaging. My dad was going to have to pay $175 out of pocket as a pensioner elsewhere and I was relieved that Iris still bulk bills. Thankyou so much
I was running late and greeted by Archie at the front desk who was so pleasant and kindly fitted me in. Swiftly seen to by Dr Benedict for an ultrasound who had a lovely demeanour and very professional. Great service and experience and will return if the need arises.

The technicians are well-mannered, really professional, and thoughtful. But the front desk lady, who has a foreign accent, is honestly very rude and unprofessional. She gets annoyed even when you ask basic questions, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. Since you deal start with front desk staff, you'd expect them to be a bit more welcoming and helpful.
