Had a girls day here with my mom and sisters and it was amazing! Sara and Cody were super accommodating and welcoming, and so good at what they do. The lounge area is cozy, and we loved the herbal tea bar. The scalp rejuvenation and facials were 10/10.
My mom and I had a great experience with Iris house! Every person we talked to was very kind and helpful in booking our appointments, and they were willing to make special accommodations for us to have appointments on the same day since we are not from the area. We had head spa appointments, and I can’t recommend this service enough! We left with beautiful, clean, silky smooth hair.
The scalp detox by Cody H was so nice! I've never felt so relaxed and my har has never been this clean and soft! This was my first time at a spa of any kind so I was a lil nervous at the beginning but it was so easy and nice! Definitely worth it!
I'd been watching Sarah's ASMR head spa videos to help me sleep for over a year all the way from Washington, DC, but never considered making my way to Kalamazoo just for that. I ended up finding a head spa in VA but was left underwhelmed, so I vowed that if I ever tried again, I'd go see Sarah.
