Wonderful place, Josie is so wonderful and uplifting, even speaking with her on the phone. I came for Mother's Day, and the sun was out and I sat on the porch enjoying the sunshine. Beautiful day. I stayed in the Sunshine Cottage and had such a perfect evening. The cottage was immaculate and the vibe was perfect. I had coffee in the morning. The bathroom was stunning. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Nashville. I have stayed at another property nearby and the price was double and I preferred Iris Garden Inn.

Fantastic stay! Spacious, clean, and cozy room in the heart of Nashville. Great location near shops and restaurants—very walkable. The staff was professional and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time here!

What a lovely place for an overnight in Nashville, In. Clean and cozy with very inviting decor. Josie, the property manager, is very welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside, and it’s very very minor, was the scented garbage bag. I’m very sensitive to some smells, but moving it out of the room was an easy fix.

Absolutely adorable. This place reaches out and hugs you. Clean, well appointed, just everything you need including ground coffee for that that first thing in the morning cup. The owner is as equally charming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this for those looking for something non-traditional. LOVED IT!
