Tyler assisted me with mold testing in March of this year after an expansive water tank rupture from an upstairs unit at Meetinghouse Apts. Boothwyn, Pa., developed toxic black mold in my apartment below. Tyler accommodated my emergency call without prior advance notice, immediately fitting in the visit and on a weekend night no less! The owner was very accommodating and came out on a weekend rush trip in order to check for asbestos in my drywall. Despite the willingness to help out, I ended up working with another company who I found to be a bit better in how they handled the samples and prep work. Additionally, Iris was incredibly expensive. The owner did come out on a Sunday, but the prices were 3 times as expensive as a competitor who I ended up needing to use for other rooms in the house and ended up being the better option in my experience.
This company is amazing when it comes to the needs of its clients, we been using them for a few years now and they are nothing but amazing. We are extremely content and will definitely continue using them!
