I accompanied my wife recently to visit the Iris Cancer Women’s center for her annual doctor visit. It is located on the 9th floor of this large building on 61st street between York and First. Building lobby is small and simple. The reception on 9 is quite nice and comfortable for me to sit while I was waiting. Check in was quick without waiting. Nice and quiet waiting area.
I had my annual mammogram Saturday morning and my goodness, I had such an incredible experience! Weill Cornell’s Iris Cantor Women's Health Center is amazing! The facility is clean, very comfortable, and the music in the waiting room was SO relaxing! The changing rooms had individually wrapped clean robes, wipes to remove your deodorant, etc. Just spotless. I truly can’t say enough good things about my overall experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the OBGYNs and Primary Care physicians at Iris Cantor Health Center. Dr. Andrea Dobrenis, provided incredible energy throughout two pregnancies, and supported our family to have the birth experience we wished for. The primary care providers here are thorough, and offer different subspecialties depending on your healthcare needs.
