The woman who answered the phone was so incredibly sweet! I had never ordered flowers before and felt a bit clueless but she made the process so fast and easy. I usually don't leave reviews but her kindness made my day and I know the flowers that I ordered will make someone else's day as well. Thank you!!

I am not from the area and looked for a local florist to buy a gift for a colleague in a long term hospital stay. I found Irish Birch and went in to look around. Because my friend has a couple more months of physical therapy ahead before he can go home I had in my head I wanted a plant instead of fresh cut flowers. Iris Birch saved the day!!! My Dads memorial was scheduled for 11am on June 8th and another local florist failed to deliver flowers as previously arranged. I Googled local florist and found Iris Birch was .5 mile away. I called and explained my Dads memorial was in 15 minutes and they whipped together a beautiful arrangement in record time!!! I was able to get the flowers to the stage with 5 minutes to spare. Thank you so much for making this your top priority! I will never forget the amazing service you provided!!!
