I had a telehealth appointment scheduled with Dr. Trochez at 4:30. I adjusted my work schedule and took unpaid time off to attend. The link I received said to check in at 4:30 for a 4:45 appointment, which I did. I waited until 4:55 with no doctor present, then called the office before closing. I was told Dr. Trochez was running behind and that I could either stay online waiting or wait for a new link once she was ready. My first ever visit with Doctor Trochez was amazing. She was very thorough when asking about my health history. She listened to my medical concerns and provided solutions and answers to them. I was truly amazed by the welcoming environment and positive experience she provided. She was able to be both professional and caring while giving of a confident, relaxed, friendly demeanor which went a long way into making me feel more comfortable and at ease.
