Great. Dr. Sahaki has been my dentist for over four years. I'm a totally satisfied customer.
I’m sure the dental work is sound, I never had any problems with any of that. But the office manager/receptionist is beyond rude. I thought it was just me, being too sensitive, til I watched her talk to other patients the same way. WAY over the line! I’m very happy with my new dentist, whose staff is really friendly.
This is a bad clinic, they, like most others, do not strive to save your teeth, the administrator communicates in a merciful tone and tries to feign respect. Doctor Sahaki said with disdain for my tooth that it was impossible to save it and needed to be removed; she did not care about my worries. They never called me back after the confirmation period from the insurance company. I saved my tooth in another clinic. I waited to see a doctor for more than a month. I arrived at the appointed time, and there was no one there. I called the doctor, there was an answering machine. I didn't see a doctor and wasted my time.
