Horrible!!!! Not once did I arrive on time for my appointment. Always waited at least 1 hour. The last time my appointment was rescheduled three times because the doctor didn't show up. And when she finally came, I waited for my appointment for 2.5 hours, but then I just got up and left. I will never go to this doctor again and I won't recommend her to anyone!!!!
It’s terrible! I haven’t been able to see Dr. Mikheeva for several months! They make an appointment but never call to cancel it when the doctor isn’t in the office. You have to call the office yourself to confirm whether your appointment is still scheduled! Front desk receptionist will polite talk you that they have called you, but they never do it! The excellent doctors! Excellent clinic
Dr Mikheyeva was very thorough, took her time, and answered all of my questions. She discussed all my lab values with me as well as my sonogram to ensure that i understood everything. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful.
