Very knowledgeable and compassionate! Dr.Irina has all tests available on premises including sonograms ! Dr.Irina felt like my friend when I left because of her genuine warmth and kindness
The doctor does her job well, but the office management is extremely frustrating. You are placed in a room and left there for over an hour with no explanation and no communication about when the doctor will come in. No one updates you. No one checks in. You’re just sitting there waiting, feeling completely ignored. This is very disrespectful to patients’ time. Medical care may be good, but the way patients are treated while waiting is unacceptable.
I have been there several times until I found a better doctor. Your wait time is no less than 2 hours. None of the people there have any concern about your health and specially doctor. She has no time to talk or answer your questions. Every time I was there, I saw her for a minute or two only. She prescribed me medication that didn't suit me and she didn't want to do anything about it because she thi ks she knows it all and can never be wrong.
