Dr Jaeger is fantastic. I had a Holep procedure done in 7-23. It was flawless. My prostate was quite large so it took about 2 hours. I feel great. Prior to surgery she went over everything. She answers my chart messages quickly as does her nurse Sam. She has done over 500 Holep surgeries which is a very difficult surgery. Before you do a TURP consult Dr Jaeger. You will thank me. The Best
Dr. Jaeger and her staff did an excellent job taking care of my needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaeger.
I had three appointments with Dr. Jaeger at University Hospitals and each felt increasingly rushed — but the final one on January 15, 2025, was frankly unacceptable. It was a virtual follow-up after a CT scan. I had already received the results, and the very first line of the report clearly said “no kidney stones.” The doctor’s microphone didn’t work during the video visit, so she called me instead — the phone call lasted 67 seconds.
