Irina is a very professional and caring instructor. The studio is beautifully presented and very clean where all of your needs have been anticipated ahead of time. She is astutely aware of the participants and makes gentle corrections when needed. After the class I had the feeling of being transported to a very serene place in myself.

Irina is an incredible instructor! She is so knowledgeable and her cues and sequences are flawless. Irina is clearly passionate about traditional yoga and sharing that passion with others. Been about 5 times now mostly weekends . Ariel yoga and some soft relaxing ones . I feel free , calm and energised Everytime I’m there . I am totally new to all these yoga styles . Wouldn’t want anyone else to show me the ways other than irina 🙏
