Very unprofessional office staff and billing department. I was charged for and paid for a service and found out it never happened.
I recently had Botox done at this office. I am very happy with the results!! I would highly recommend Dr Adler if you are thinking of having Botox done.

While Dr. Adler is good her staff tried to collect additional money from me to which they were not entitled. On my initial visit they collected the amount I needed to pay per my insurance EOB. When I came back for my follow up appointment, they asked for additional money in the amount of $290. When I questioned what that was about the staff quickly acquiesced and back pedalled that I owed anything at all saying oh you have a contracted rate.
