Horrible service. They lied about processin a claim for the authorization of a procedure they never processed. They made me wait 3 plus months to tell me there's no one to do the procedure. After i called over and over again.. they are Saying that they did not have a person to do a Rc since August. I was seen in june ..they waited until September to put in a authorization for a procedure they could not fulfill anyway...On my first and last visit the dentist left my mouth bloody did not offer me a cup of anything to rinse my ... read more
I went recently to see the periodontist at this location . I found him to be very kind and professional along with his assistant. He was able to answer my questions with details that I was uncertain about. The front desk staff was also very nice and treated me with respect.

If I could give zero stars I would very unprofessional front desk agents are rude they cancel your appointments without u knowing and they don't care I will never use this place again horrible service
