I showed up today needing some help with a brake issue on my bike. I did not buy my bike from this store, but Brett came out, even though he was extremely busy to help me and I greatly appreciate it. Got me safely back on the road. Great customer service and I will buy my next bike from them. Highly recommended .

Great day at Carolina beach, Kure beach and Southport. We rented at 10 am, rode all day at level 5 pedal assist and even went without pedaling on the way back from Southport and still had plenty of battery. We ate lunch in Southport and did a little shopping. Bags were big enough for our small purchases and a bottle of water. Yes we will rent again but now we want to purchase our own bikes.

My son popped both his tires 🛞 on his e-bike🫣 I brought his bike to Brett and he was able to repair it & give it a tune up in less than 24hr! He sent me a text with the cost & let me know it was ready to pick up! I was expecting to get the back in a few days🤩 sooo grateful! Highly recommend!!

Excellent place to buy and/or rent bikes. Brett is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will go above and beyond to help you find the right bike for you. And that is not an exaggeration, I have a bad back, knees and ankle and he made sure I liked the one I was getting before we signed on the dotted line. So if you're in the market for an electric bike, go over to iRide and see Brett. You won't regret it.

Enjoyed the 2 Ebike rentals for 3 days & 2 nights around Carolina Beach area. The owner gave us great instructions to using the 2 Ebikes & was very friendly. I highly recommend using Ebikes to getting to the beach or boardwalk, as parking is very limited. Brett was very helpful & cares about his customers like family 👍
