Great business and great people
They do not take care of their properties. IRG owns several lots at a shopping center in South Lebanon Ohio. They let the lots go. All the local truck drivers are using the property to park comercial trucks. The truck drivers dump garbage and engine oil on the property. The local police won't do anything. They say its a private property issue and that IRG needs to tell them to remove the trucks. Meanwhile, one neighboring resident just moved out over this. I've been working with IRG for almost 4 years, and it's a great company all around. I've never seen a vendor not get paid, and if it's taken a long time, it's usually because they didn't follow invoicing procedures. My team and I have always taken care of tenant needs.
