After surgery it was hard for me to walk without pain, I could not squat at all, and the nerve damage in my right leg only gave me about 30% use of the leg compared to the left. 100% recommend IRG PT! Highly professional and experienced staff, no canned treatments here. I was referred to IRG PT by my doctor for a running injury and Young and her team were nothing short of excellent! They provided a comprehensive assessment, a functional rehab plan and gave me the tools I needed for long term injury prevention (going on almost 2 years active and injury free). If you’re looking for an individualized approach to injury treatment (or prevention), this is the place for you!
