We met this doctor in Baylor Waxahachies ICU where he saved my husbands life twice. He is very knowledgeable, approachable, and listens to his patients needs making their families feel heard and valued. His bedside manner is impeccable and he fosters an environment of trust and care. Dr. Kugasai goes above and beyond to ensure his patients care, health, and families expectations. I met this Dr in 2020 when I was in icu with covid. Literally struggling to breathe he fought so hard to get me and my son who was right a cross the halll to get better. 5 days later because of the care I received from him and his colleagues, my son and I walked out of the icu on my bday together to go home. 4 yrs later I struggled so hard with my asthma where I was literally living on my nebulizer 7 to 8 times a day and that doesn't include over night treatments.
