Use anyone else possible. They are unorganized, and unprofessional. Consistently late at returning calls or responding to issues, and horrible at remembering appointments that they set.
Irey & Co is the WORST! – I have dealt with many property management teams over the years and Irey is without a doubt THE WORST for both renters and owners. They seldom return phone calls or emails and when they do they are rude, disrespectful and inattentive. The last phone call I had with Travis at Irey consisted of him belligerently and deliberately yawning into the phone to indicate he was bored with the conversation.
