16may2025, I went in at opening to get my Samsung A71 which my diabetes monitoring system is tied to. I don't want a new phone as I bought this two years ago and is plenty fast. The battery was dying and sensitivity on screen was acting up. He was able to order in the screen that day and 100% running as a "new" phone by the next afternoon. Thank you I rescue medic. After calling around to a few places, this was the only phone repair store that simply charged same price as Samsung dirextly rather than an extra $150 mark up. On top of that, got the phone back same day. Highly recommended
So I came here Wednesday payed about maybe around 3 pm he fixed it for 10 mins it got fixed went tright back home and the screen went back to broke I did not drop my phone or anything he did not do his work right I did not recommend coming her at all worse place I went to and a freaking waste of money can't even get it refixed he told me I needed to pay $25 to get it prefixed how do I need to pay out of my pocketifyou did not do your job correctly do not mind my face in the photo on the phone but that's proof it wasn't even ... read more
