Great service, much more convenient than having to go to Meadowhall!
Everyone who works here is SO helpful. My MacBook broke and they did a free check to see what was wrong and if it could be fixed. Carl rang to tell me the problem and to explain the different options I could take. I needed time to think but never felt pressured or rushed. Very grateful for his patience as I'm not particularly techy! Really happy with my new (refurbished) computer and it was a reasonable cost and I never felt pressured into anything or upsold. I don't hesitate to recommend.
