Great people. Went in trying to find out what tool I needed to open up the back of my laptop. Not only did they let me know, they gave me the tool! 10/10 service.
I went to iRepair to get my Sony headphones fixed, and I seriously regret it. After paying £130, the headphones broke AGAIN just two days after I got them back. I went back since it was still under warranty, and after they “repaired” them a second time, they broke again! This time they had the nerve to blame me, claiming it must have been my fault due to misuse — even though I barely used them and was extremely careful.
