I was able to take my phone in for service The same day I called. They had the battery changed and I was at the door in 30 minutes. Professional service very polite employees.
This has been the worst repair experience I’ve ever had and I was still charged for it. I called ahead to ask if they could repair my PC and even explained what I thought the issue was (either the RAM or the PSU). The person on the phone was polite and told me it would take about one day. Based on that, I made a 30-minute drive to drop it off.
