Don't hire them. Didn't show up the first day I rushed home from work to meet them, so the homeowner scheduled the next day. Nice HVAC guy showed up but beyond unprofessional. We just bought a house and the furnace in it was way to big for the house Irepair had a great deal! Much better than any others I had called. Luke and his trainee had the job done in a quick manner and he even fixed my air filter so it made more sense! They were very professional and kind they cleaned up the floor. I called them Monday they had my heater in Tuesday so I would highly recommend their services!!!!
Told them over the phone what was wrong with our dampers and still wanted to come see it themselves. Was in our home less than five minutes (most of which was me telling the man what was wrong) and then out the door. Called back and said they can't find the parts but we want our service charge asap. We're talking about replacing a damper motor here, it's in stock at multiple places but they won't sell to me because I'm an individual for whatever reason.
