They actually try. What would help using AI prior to coming so that you know your problem. It will help them keep track of things. They are hardworking and get a lot of phones in and out. But they will try to make it work for you.
I just got my iPhone 14 screen replaced here yesterday, and the very next morning the screen failed — black/white lines and completely unusable after a minor drop.
