What can I say? Just outstanding service. I liked the fact I could talk to a real person on the phone without an AI robot giving me every option but the one I needed! Soooo impersonal. Finally there is a business which gives personalized service. The repair person was honest and went up and beyond the call of duty to help. Price was so much less than what the competition quoted. I love supporting a small business owner who cares about the customer. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
