Very sweet store owner. She suggested the absolute perfect arrangement for a special birthday!
Flowers received date requested however they were not the best presentation. Some flowers bent over like they were dead and one set (tulips) not what was on website as presentation was totally different and minimal flowers for price. Plant had 2 flowers otherwise green. Not happy with overall presentation of all 4 orders.
I walked in Irene’s floral shop and ordered a bouquet of flowers. She did an AMAZING job on my bouquet. Friendly and great customer service. I definitely will be going here from now on! Ty Irene!
LATE AND DYING- These were supposed to be delivered on my birthday, but instead it was the next day. They arrived wilted, some weird odor coming from them, and almost dead.. The second pic is the next morning, after delivery. Not even 24 hours! Thank you for ruining my present from a dear friend. Publix has better quality, and you can actually get them when you order them!! Crazy I know!
