To start with, I am very, happy with the jacket, but I feel I need to explain a little of the process. First of all, it is an older business, there is nothing modern about it. We went in with a few patches but knowing nothing about letterman jackets. I thought we would be taken through a process of building the jacket and we would see samples and pictures. This place is NON RELIABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL i DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR JACKET ORDER HERE.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! they promised my nieces jacket by the 1st wk of Oct and this place lost her invoice paper stating they “misplaced” it with jackets that were set to be ready in November ruining SPECIAL dates like her Senior Pics & Crushing her Senior Night all special events going on in October.. its her SENIOR year, she should be wearing her Jacket since the 1st wk of October!
