Worst place ever!! I took my vest to have the patches sewn on. I told them not to sew my pockets up. So what did they do? They sewed them up. Then, when I told them about it the Jack??? said they didn't have a small enough machine and that it was too bad, he would not fix it. I then to it to Texas Custom Embroidery and they fixed it for me!! Irene's you will never get any more of my business. They got a 1 because they made me give them something.

I had them digitize my potential image for embroidery onto a ball cap, it was exactly as the image I sent them via email. Total turn-around time was 7 days from initial contact to completion.
Fantastic service and quality! Very helpful and patient in customizing such an amazing collector’s jacket for my high school senior to be!!! It’s a very special jacket and he LOVED it! Would very very highly recommend!
Absolutely loved the service from Alberto. He was very patient with my son in picking out his the jacket would be configured. I was very pleased, when service is great price is not an issue. I will follow up once receive the finished product with images.
